Frequently Asked Questions:
We understand hiring a videographer is an investment.
Let us answer all of your questions. If you can't find what you are looking for, drop us a line at the bottom of the page and let us know how we can help!
1. When can I expect to see my wedding video?
The final product will be delivered 8-10 weeks after the wedding day (but usually sooner!) Putting together your professional video takes time. After your actual wedding day, hundreds of gigs of high-quality video need to be downloaded and converted to an editable format. Reviewing all of that footage, searching for the perfect music for your film, and then editing each unique wedding video requires a lot of time to perfect the story!

2. Do I get to choose my own music for the highlight video?
Music is very important - it sets the tone for your entire wedding video. We LOVE getting your input for the songs you like. Feel free to tell us what kind of music you love (and hate) so that we can fit in your preferences. We are open to your ideas, and in turn, we ask that you trust our judgment since we know from experience which songs will work well for editing.

We must license all of the music used in the video. Just as any other film project, copyrighted material needs official permission from the copyright holder in order to be used. We cover the licensing costs and fees, and do all of the back-end work for you, but what this means is we have limited song options due to copyrights. If you don't want the added stress of finding licensed music for your film, don't worry about it, and we will do our best to choose the best music for your occasion!
3. How do you deliver the final product? Can I see a finished sample?
The final product is delivered to you via online download. I send you a link to view/download the video, and you can download directly to your device! DVD’s tend to deteriorate over time, so it’s safer and longer lasting to deliver this way. Receiving all of the high res files digitally ensures that you can back them up in multiple places and immediately watch wherever you’re at!
I also upload the video to YouTube and send you the link so you can review the video. If everything looks good and you are pleased, I then upload all the files to the download website. Feel free to share the Youtube link with family and friends via text and/or social media!

4. Do I get all of the raw footage?
If you wish to receive all the raw footage from your day, you can purchase the "Raw Footage" add-on shown here on the Pricing page. Without that add-on, you will only receive the highlight video.

5. Is there a travel fee?
Anything more than 25 miles outside of Bentonville, AR. has a travel fee. We charge the standard IRS mileage rate for the use of a car. In 2021 that is $0.56 per mile. Depending on the occasion, there may be lodging fees as well.
6. How many videographers will be filming at my wedding?
Typically there is only 1 videographer filming at your wedding, and we can easily capture all of the important moments that way. However, if you wish for more, let us know and we can discuss pricing based on the scope of the project.
7. What kind of camera equipment do you use?
Most of our filming is done on the Canon Eos 5D Mk IV DSLR. We also use the DJI Phantom Drone for aerial shots, and a GoPro Hero 5 Black.
